A Tradition of Holiday Cheer in Downtown Romeo

Hayward Holiday Light Installers has had the privilege of helping transform the Village of Romeo into a festive winter destination, bringing warmth and holiday spirit to one of Michigan's most charming communities. As the seasons change and the final leaves fall, our team looks forward to returning to Romeo to begin a tradition that residents and visitors have come to anticipate year after year.

With care and attention to every detail, our crews decorate more than 110 lampposts throughout the village with lush evergreen garland and illuminated four-foot pole decorations, creating a welcoming glow along downtown streets. These timeless displays help frame the historic character of Romeo while providing a festive backdrop for holiday shopping, community gatherings, and seasonal celebrations.

At the park pavilion, brilliant lighted snowflakes shine overhead, adding another layer of magic to the heart of the community. Their soft glow creates a picturesque setting for families, friends, and visitors enjoying the beauty of the season.

One of our favorite touches is delivering hundreds of fresh evergreen baskets to their winter homes atop the village lampposts. These fresh greens bring natural beauty and seasonal fragrance to the streetscape, creating the classic small-town holiday atmosphere that makes Romeo so special.

From the first garland installed to the final snowflake illuminated, our family and team take great pride in helping create the backdrop for countless holiday memories made in Downtown Romeo.
